We have over 25 years of experience in the Cyprus heavy-vehicle sector, combining CAD engineering, skilled fabrication, and deep local knowledge on every project.
Is the company quality-certified?
Yes. We operate an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, maintained continuously since 2007, which ensures controlled processes, rigorous inspection, and traceable materials. All design, fabrication, painting, and installation is carried out in-house, and our truck bodies are built to European CE safety standards.
Custom Truck Body Manufacturing
What types of truck bodies do you manufacture?
We build custom flatbeds, tipper bodies and tipping systems, box and van bodies, refrigerated bodies, and curtain-side bodies, as well as specialised custom solutions such as mobile service platforms and municipal vehicles. We also carry out body works, modifications, and refurbishment.
Which truck chassis are your bodies compatible with?
We design and install on a wide range of heavy and light commercial chassis, including Mercedes-Benz Arocs and Atego, Mitsubishi Fuso, and Ford Transit. Every body is engineered around the specific chassis and the customer’s operational requirements.
Do you build 3-way tipper systems?
Yes. We manufacture and install heavy-duty 3-way hydraulic tipping beds that unload to the rear, left, and right sides — designed for construction, earthmoving, and material-handling operations that need flexible unloading.

Are you an authorized PALFINGER dealer?
Yes. A&G Koutsofta Bros is an authorized PALFINGER dealer and certified engineering installer in Cyprus, covering PALFINGER loader cranes, PALFINGER EPSILON timber and recycling cranes, and MBB by PALFINGER tail-lifts.
Which PALFINGER crane models do you install?
We install and integrate a broad range of PALFINGER loader cranes — including models such as the PK9.501, PK11001, PK15500, PK19.001, and PK22002, up to the heavy-duty PK98002SH with fly-jib and stability control — as well as PALFINGER EPSILON recycling cranes.
Do you supply and fit tail-lifts?
Yes. We supply and install MBB by PALFINGER tail-lifts, including 1.5-tonne and 2.5-tonne configurations, integrated into new builds and existing truck bodies for logistics and fleet vehicles.

Do you sell used forklifts and machinery?
Yes. We offer certified used machinery across two main categories — Forklifts & Material Handling, and Trucks & Loader Cranes. Our forklift stock covers diesel, LPG, and electric models, each listed with full specifications and downloadable spec sheets.

Our used forklift inventory features leading brands including Linde, Hyster, Yale, Still, TCM, Baoli, Heli, Hytsu, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Clark, Hyundai, Maximal, and UFI Motor.

Our used trucks and loader cranes include brands such as PALFINGER, PALFINGER EPSILON, and HIAB — supplied ready for chassis mounting, with certified subframe mounting available at our Dasaki Achnas workshops.
